To book with us is easy! You can reserve your luxury restroom rental online or by calling us at 916.343.8808. Once booking is confirmed a contract will be sent via email. 

Yes. We do require a deposit when reserving your date of rental. A $500 deposit for any rental package. Paying the deposit is the only way to reserve your date. 

We understand things come up. You are able to cancel up to 30 days before your scheduled delivery date (typically delivery is day before event) and all funds you paid will be refunded in full back to you. If you cancel with less than 30 day's notice of your event your deposit will be kept. 

We will deliver the luxury restroom trailer the day before your event. and pick up the day after your event. So if your event is on Saturday, we will deliver on Friday and pick up on Sunday. If you require same day delivery & pick up please let us know. We will work with you and your schedule. If you require the rental for more days, we will work with you on special pricing rates since the trailer will already be set up and at your location. 

Electricity is required to run the interior & exterior lights along with the air conditioner. We do ask that we place the luxury restroom trailer within 100 feet of a 110v/20 amp electrical outlet to run the basic services. If electrical outlet cannot be provided, we have generators available to rent. 

These are luxury restrooms and require water to flush toilets and run water in sinks. Onsite water via regular hose spigot is ideal however, we do have other options to make this happen.
